Dr explained all the test results in a language that I could understand. Answered any question that I had very personable.
Med assistant and MD were expedient and organized. My only complaint is in calling this office. The calls always go to voice mail and messages are never returned. I had to cancel an appointment once and I never got through to anyone to take that info or reschedule my appointment. Once I even called my PCP’s office to ask them to get thru to Cardiology which they did on a back line. So it is extremely difficult to make appointments here.
