Non existent office response for a call in question . Routes to answering service that doesn’t even answer simple questions, and after multiple attempts doesn’t even get the message through to doctors!! Very frustrating being I live an hour away from office!
This doctor is probably a wonderful doctor and a great person, but when it comes to his receptionist his office responding and then having you go to their website and it doesn't work. When a doctor puts in a work order and for you to go to this place and you can't even get him to pick up the phone, what? What good is it? Does it matter how good you are?
