Terrible communication. My wife contacted the office regarding a concern. Staff indicated that she would receive a return call that day. She called back later and was informed that no provider was around and that she would “hopefully” receive a return message in five days. Nobody on call. No further guidance on how to manage the concern. This not only terrible customer service, but it is gross negligence. My wife is happy with Dr Cobb, but access to care is terrible.
My wife gave birth in December and Dr. Cobb was our Dr. throughout the entire pregnancy. He and his staff were very easy to work with, friendly and helpful, and ensured the entire process followed our birth plan exactly. My wife was very set on a natural and unmedicated birth, and he was very supportive of everything we wanted to do. It could not have gone better. If we were not moving out of the area, he would definitely be our doctor again.
After 4 babies with Cobb, I can confidently say he’s the best around here. He gives you confidence in your natural instincts but also gives you all the information you need to make informed decisions. None of that “well, you think you want that but I know best” kind of doctoring. Highly recommend!
Dr Cobb is truly the best OB (and doctor in general) I’ve ever had. He really listens to you and addresses your concerns with patience and clarity. He was super supportive of my natural pregnancy and birth goals with my first baby, and equally supportive when I wanted things a bit different with my second baby. Oh and he’s also super chill and has great bedside manner. I recommend him to everyone!
Many pregnant veteran women are sent to dr. Cobb through the VA for OB care. He provides kind and wonderful patient care.
