I thought I just wanted a massage, but Damon draws from a wide arsenal of healing modalities. Before laying any hands he took the time to understand my aches and pains and where they come from, which really focused the session. Our first massage was superb. He hooked me up with various informational resources to improve my well-being day-to-day. I'll return as time and budget allow, and recommend more folks do the same. Going back for acupuncture soon.

Damon mixed a variety of massage techniques to help align my neck and shoulders. He helped me stretch and relax and showed me techniques to help with my posture as well as offering exercises and mindfulness to practice on my own. He was interested in my well-being beyond the massage and I would definitely recommend working with him to relieve chronic pain. I look forward to my next session!

They don't call it massage therapyfor no reason! Damon's massage was so healing and soothing for me. It literallycovers you from head to toe! I remember my temples being massaged and even my jaw area, which I realized was tense because I clinch at night. I forgot totell him that I had recently twisted my ankle & it was alittle swollen -- but he somehow still addressed that area during the massage. I saw Damon for the first time this week and left feeling lighter and relaxed. Not only was Damon an excellent massage therapist, but he was also very knowledgeable and welcoming.
