Great visit and careing staff
I have never had such thorough testing for allergies and asthma until yesterday's experience. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming!! Just a great experience and the staff kept me informed on each test and what to expect from it. The staff also kept checking in on me to make sure I was OK. The entire process was simply Wonderful and to make matters even better, I was diagnosed before I left the office complete with prescriptions already sent for pickup!!!
My last appointment completed one year of treatment with Dr. Coyle and the medical staff. The year is best described as exceptional quality of medical care. I also want to compliment the individual at the front desk that greets each patient (I'm sorry I don't have her name). She was very professional, thorough, articulate and kind.
Dr. Coyle was very knowledgeable and professional. Very friendly to kid, and made the visit comfortable for me and my child to be there. He explained things for me to understand his language and we came up with a plan we both agreed to. I will refer to other.
10/10 experience! The testing was fast and the staff did a great job of explaining my results and the steps I should take in order to manage and treat my symptoms. They paid attention to address any questions I had and thoroughly explained the treatment process we would be following. I most certainly feel comfortable referring my friends and family to Dr Coyle and the team at Family Allergy & Asthma Chamberlain & look forward to my future visits!
