I purchased a Toyota forklift from them and received a 3-year warranty with great service. The team has been very friendly and supportive throughout the process. So far, everything has been smooth and positive, so I’m not sure why there are some negative reviews here. Daniel has been especially helpful even after the sale. He’s professional, genuine, and always willing to help. I’ll be happy to share another update after future services. Highly recommended.

I purchased a forklift from Damoli and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. From day one, the forklift had hydraulic oil leaks. We recently hired a forklift through this business and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The process was smooth from start to finish, and the machine itself was in excellent condition. Later on, we ended up purchasing a forklift from them as well, and the service remained just as impressive. Matthew was especially helpful — he took the time to walk us through everything, and when a warranty issue came up, he honoured it without any hassle. It’s rare to find that kind of honesty and professionalism these days. Highly... read more
