I purchased a forklift from Damoli and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. From day one, the forklift had hydraulic oil leaks. Despite multiple attempts to have the issue fixed, the problems were never properly resolved. Now the forklift has completely stopped working. These people are very big scammers and dishonest. What they do is they do not properly repair old forklifts before selling them. They just send them out as they are. Then when a customer buys one, problems start appearing within just a few days. After that, they charge you again and again in the name of servicing and repairs. Normally, when you buy second-hand equipment from a genuine seller, they at least make sure it is repaired properly so it runs well for a few months. I purchased a Toyota forklift from them and received a 3-year warranty with great service. The team has been very friendly and supportive throughout the process. So far, everything has been smooth and positive, so I’m not sure why there are some negative reviews here. Daniel has been especially helpful even after the sale. He’s professional, genuine, and always willing to help. I’ll be happy to share another update after future services. Highly recommended.
