As a former customer, I can confidently say Damoli is one of the worst businesses I’ve ever dealt with. The entire operation is a mess, accounts, customer service, communication, follow-through. One Star - Extremely Poor Customer Service Extremely poor customer service from start to finish. Every time you call, you get a recorded message asking you to press for the right department — yet nobody ever answers. When someone finally does, they’re rude and dismissive, from the owner to the accounts lady to the sales manager.
