Horrible service. Ordered and paid for a Toyota forklift with 5800 hours. Forklift arrived with 14300 hours, no gas bottle holder, no hose connection for gas bottle and no key. Waited five days for a gas bottle holder and key to be sent. Spoke with Daniel about forklift arriving different to the one I had originally purchased and said he would look into it. Said it was a mistake I was sent wrong forklift. Now Daniel won’t return my calls and over message has said he can’t deal with me. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I purchased a 1.8 Tonne 2018 Toyota Electric Forklift from Damoli Forklifts a few months back. The forklift they had advertised was a 3 wheel 2018 model Toyota exactly what I was after. When speaking with Jordan one of the salesmen I recall asking about the 2018 model 3 wheel Toyota they had advertised he guaranteed it was a 2018 model with 6,000 hours on the clock as I was unable to view it Unfortunately because of Covid at the time I live in Western Australia and Damoli are in Victoria I still went ahead with the purchase,... read more

I purchased a Toyota forklift from them and received a 3-year warranty with great service. The team has been very friendly and supportive throughout the process. So far, everything has been smooth and positive, so I’m not sure why there are some negative reviews here. Daniel has been especially helpful even after the sale. He’s professional, genuine, and always willing to help. I’ll be happy to share another update after future services. Highly recommended.

One of the worst companies to deal with. Never trust on them the equipment they are selling. Worst after sales support. I would never deal with them anymore. They are selfish and and no respect on how to talk with there customer. Very childish behaviour
