My visit was fine, the Hygienist and Dentist were excellent in their care. My visit was marred because my appointment was for 12.30 and I was not called in to see the Dentist until 1.00pm. The girl on reception was unaware of any delays, and I thought I had been overlooked. The Dentist apologised, but I should have been advised as I was parked in the local car park, and my ticket could have expired, meaning a parking fine. The Dentist said he would bring up the issue with management, I hope he does.
Hi well my appointment was for 5:45 and when it got to 6:15 i spoke to receptionist and said are they running late. She then when to surgery 1, 2 , 3 and 4 and said something not quite sure what it was. When it got to 6:30 i told her i have been sat here for 45 mins . In which time i had enough so yes i am going home. So not great at all when i am on Den plan. Simon Farrugia
