I am a 79 year old woman. Dr. Martins has kept my bad knee functioning for years. I have managed to avoid a painful knee replacement.
After months of groin pain and no answers ... he figured me out. None of the Orthopedist I saw understood what a core muscle injury was. Dr Martins sees the bid picture and care for the whole athlete.
Listens! Hard to find that nowadays. Figured out I had a sports hernia. Several other Doctors had no clue
Just had my first gel injection for my knees with Dr. Martins. I couldn't be happier. I had seen another orthopedist for the pain in my knees. I received 2 cortizone injections and nearly passed out from the pain. The cortizone didn't work and within in a month I was back in pain. I saw Dr. Martins a month ago and we went through possible solutions and decided on the gel injections. I was so nervous to have another injection after my first experience. Dr. Martin was wonderful!
