Damien was terrific to work with. He help my wife and I purchase our first home in Lancaster. Even though he lived over and hour away, he made the drive multiple times to insure we would find a home. Damien worked overtime for us to get our house sold. The city required a lot of extra inspections and permits than expected and he handled getting the most affordable contractors lined up who could perform the work on time.
