It is the worst insurance company. I don’t recommend it. I’m taking them to the court for false promises.
After much confusion on my part with the help of my credit Union, I was pretty upset. But Contessa. Actually called me back after I got quite on edge, and she talked me down, even after I got feisty she did not have to call me back after I got feisty but she sure did anyway , and also gave me good advice to solve some issues. ..I really appreciate this branch of country financial.. Got quoted $530 for “everything” so went through all the trouble of switching just to find out that didn’t include the $290 a month for my homeowners so instead of saving $150 a month I switched and now spend $150 more a month. And now it’s too late to switch back to my old company……
Originally gave a one star due to a recieving communication on a Friday that our house coverage, which was paid in full, had been terminated for failure to pay a $10 mortgage inquiry fee of which we were not aware. Damien has since connected with us to let us know this was a miscommunication and our coverage never lapsed. Appreciated him reaching out directly to make things right.
