Originally gave a one star due to a recieving communication on a Friday that our house coverage, which was paid in full, had been terminated for failure to pay a $10 mortgage inquiry fee of which we were not aware. Damien has since connected with us to let us know this was a miscommunication and our coverage never lapsed. Appreciated him reaching out directly to make things right.
Damien is always honest, down to earth person that never pushes but always ready to listen and recommend the best options for me and my family as a client. In my 16+ years with him I can always say it’s nothing but AAA+ service.
