Got quoted $530 for “everything” so went through all the trouble of switching just to find out that didn’t include the $290 a month for my homeowners so instead of saving $150 a month I switched and now spend $150 more a month. And now it’s too late to switch back to my old company……
Originally gave a one star due to a recieving communication on a Friday that our house coverage, which was paid in full, had been terminated for failure to pay a $10 mortgage inquiry fee of which we were not aware. Damien has since connected with us to let us know this was a miscommunication and our coverage never lapsed. Appreciated him reaching out directly to make things right.
