I was looking for a gym to join but after reading the response of the persons representing Damien Warner Gym I have decided not to join. I think the responses were meant to seem professional but they actually came across as the opposite. I will join a different gym.
I've been to many gyms across london and this one is the worse of all. The front desk guys are so unprofessional and rude, not sure if they're ignorant in general or being racist to me. They barely explain the products they're selling and me as a customer have to suffer by their unnecessary charges because of their so called policy which was never discussed. Don't waste your time here, literally any other gym is better than so called Damian Warner
Best Value for any Gym in London - Access to two locations - Clean facility - diverse equipment - Access to Pool,Hot Tub, Sauna, steam room - access to a variety of Fitness classes - Friendly Staff Point lost because Operational hours are not ideal. The gyms close at 8pm on the week end. I am sure Clients are lost because of this.
Not anything special. Got a good amount of room and machines, especially if you walk around to the different areas. However the washrooms are dirty, tiny (can't even fit in the stall! I'm not a big dude). Machines are quite dirty/rusty. Additionally, (and this isn't DW's fault) the mood at this gym particularly is not friendly or helpful and is more rude/toxic then most gyms I've been to. Sauna is too hot, even for a sauna. Please do some renovations please! Machines are old! Some seats are ripped! Please take care more of the gym
