Great squash courts and immaculate facility. It’s always fresh, clean and updated. Great staff!
The facilities are good and the classes are fun, but the receptionist working the night shift on Nov 15th — the blond girl who is on the thinner and taller side — really ruined my impression of this place. A few days ago, I came in to freeze my membership. She was the receptionist then too. She tried but said she was new, didn’t know how to do it, and since the store was closing in about half an hour, she told me to come back another day. Great staff and facilities overall! Only reason for it not being a 5 star, is because of the hours of operation during the weekends. Closing at 8 pm is too early. Wish it were open similar to the weekday hours on the weekend.
