Anthony was helpful and made the buying process easy. He helped negotiate a good deal and we are very happy with our 4Runner! They were also very dog-friendly which is a plus. Update: I was having vibration issues with my newly purchased vehicle and suspected the tires were the culprit. The folks at Lillard Toyota took the car in, confirmed the tires couldn't be balanced, and promptly replaced them at no cost to me. They stand by what they sell and have been incredible to work with, highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience at Damian Lillard Toyota. It's a wonderful environment to buy a vehicle in. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and did not pressure. We had put a deposit on a car a month ago. Dealing with Cyrus was a great experience. Communication was quick and accurate. No pressure. Questions answered promptly. When the car came in I had asked that they had paperwork ready at pickup. They did! Walked us through the vehicle. Answered all our questions. We were in and out in 30 minutes. That's the way to buy a car!
Although I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership due to the distance, it was a pleasure working with Patrick. He answered all of my questions, responded promptly every time, and was transparent throughout the entire process. Their pricing was very competitive, and I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend reaching out to Patrick if you’re shopping for a vehicle.
