We selected Dameron Home Builders to remove and construct a new dock at a project in Stafford County, Virginia. Len Dameron met with us, walked us through the details of dock construction and delivered an exceptional product! We worked with Len’s recommended engineering to design and get the necessary permits and it all went seamlessly. We couldn’t be more pleased with the amazing result!

Len just finished building our exceptional dock with boat lift included at our new house on the beautiful Rappahannock River. His expertise and customer service was second to none. I have dealt with exceptional builders over the years and will rank him up with some of the best in the Fredericksburg Region. We will enjoy this dock for many years to come. The cost of thier builds is very high, but the quality is horrible, plastic broken fixtures, terrible quality Linoleum floors,pealing up,siding with .25 inch gaps and seams,. Kitchen sink put in with calking all over...The wood used , is below quality home depot would throw away Thier bathroom are premium priced ,but you get RV motor home plastic showers...( the one piece tub/wall in home depot for $250).,yet your billed 10,000.00 for that bathroom..... Please look at one of thier homes in progress before considering them.Iv... read more
We are in the beginning stages of finding a builder for our dream home. Thanks to the "owners" responses to the negative reviews, we will not bother contacting Dameron. I understand their desire to want to defend themselves, but this is enough to steer us away. The three star is because we have not actually dealt with them so a one star would not be fair.
