He is my elderly mom's doctor. Both my sister and I have noticed that he shows little concern for her obvious ailments. Also, once when I took her and my sister wanted to hear what he had to say at the appointment, he refused to let me have my phone on speaker phone with her. Other providers are happy to have more family members hear what they have to say about our mom's health. One of the worst providers I have ever encountered. The staff is extremely lazy and do not follow up. When asked status, they flat out lie, as I checked and found out they did not follow up with providing an order or pay their own bills. I will be looking into filing a malpractice or gross negligence report.
It has been very good. He truly tries to help whatever my daughter’s particular problem is at the time. The staff has always been accommodating and personable. ‘Love the new location - that was my only concern.
The whole office was very rude and unhelpful.
Office does a very poor job of communicating with patients or filling out necessary paperwork in a timely manner. Find someplace else.
