This is the most magical doctor’s office, and I never thought I would use that word for a medical setting. Absolutely everyone, from the administrative office staff to nurses and doctors, are sensitive, kind, and amazing listeners. First rate care and hospitality. Never have I been to that office without congeniality and utmost professionalism.
I have a friend dealing with them now. She hasn't seen the doctor since she hurt her spine it's been a month...now. nurses and front desk has been nothing but useless unprofessional has no idea what they are doing just pathetic workers and. Doctor.
I recently visited this office for a physical and had Dr. D’Ambrosio as my PCP. When I arrived, I was seen by his physician assistant. While she was polite, I was concerned about persistent pins and needles in my arms and legs. Despite my concern, she only asked if I had any injuries and dismissed it, saying I was too young for it to be serious and that I should just monitor the symptoms.
