I’ve been holding off on writing this review for a while, but this office absolutely deserves this rating. This is, without question, the worst doctor’s office I have ever dealt with in my life. The receptionists are rude, miserable, and completely unhelpful when you actually have a health problem. I have personally been screamed at over the phone by the receptionists simply because they were in a bad mood. Nice place Dr Diambrosio is very funny
This is the most magical doctor’s office, and I never thought I would use that word for a medical setting. Absolutely everyone, from the administrative office staff to nurses and doctors, are sensitive, kind, and amazing listeners. Donna at the front desk, Nurse Mary, NP Kate, Dr. D’Ambrosio - they all really care and help. It’s so hard to find that kind of commitment, especially with my lousy insurance.
