I was shopping with my mother who is in a wheelchair at the HomeGoods store on Central Park Avenue around 1:30pm when I came upon the handicap ramp that had dirt and parts of an uprooted tree blocking the path. The D'Ambrosio truck was parked nearby with workers and I asked them if they could clear the part of the ramp that was blocked. They made minimal efforts to clear the path and went about their business. They told me to use the other area at the front of the store.
