Nice staff, horrible prices and value. Costed over 500 just for lenses which scratched after single use the following 9 months. Was asked to pay for replacements.
I haven’t used the ophthalmology side of the house yet, but the eye wear sales and service side is excellent, especially if you prefer that rather finicky Silhouette brand.
I went to the Gardner office multiple times and overlooked the phone check-in, poor parking availability, and that they were never on time for scheduled appointments. I didn't mind paying more for glasses because I liked their selection and quality. However, I got a call in July to schedule an appointment but was told that the earliest date was 12-14-25.
