I find the staff particularly unhelpful. I’ve requested ongoing copies of my information from Fatima I called asking for ongoing information and after requesting the information and not receiving what I requested the office she works for sends out letter asking about why I haven’t responded but she Fatima did not include the information I requested. It’s very difficult and also frustrating dealing with her.
