Fantastic environment and great customer service would recommend but due to the nature of my condition at the time being on a portable iv drip and casts and them proceeding to still pierce me provided the information wasn't hidden then when I went to change a couple of the piercings I went to a different shop and they told me that the wrong size head was put on a bar and we were barely able to take them off I'd have to give a low rating but outside those particular circumstances great place
Booked in and when arriving and waiting at designated address for 40 minutes but no show, tried calling 4 or so times with designated number but went straight to voice message. After emailing the place I get told they’ve moved and that she’s sorry that I “don’t read anything” and proceeds to tell me my appointment was never confirmed when I have messages and emails confirming. Very unprofessional.
Be nice if you say shop is close so people don't make bookings and travel from another town...
They really took care of me, checking in on how my healing was going and encouraging me to go to them for any doubts! Wonderful place to have my first piercing :D
