We worked with this company for years until they did a bad diagnosis, that led us to spend more money on a new unit (to replace a defective one) when the issue was not an AC issue. The technician had failed to do a simple test. The brand of the AC in their eyes was considered crap, so the problem had to be that instead of an installation issue. Pour le service à la clientèle on repassera. Appareil acheté et installé par eux en 2017, je pense avoir un problème avec le thermostat. On me réfère aux compétiteurs, eh bien personne ne prend de nouveau client. Merci pour la référence que j'appellerai quand ma thermopompe rendra l'âme pour de bon.
