We worked with this company for years until they did a bad diagnosis, that led us to spend more money on a new unit (to replace a defective one) when the issue was not an AC issue. The technician had failed to do a simple test. The brand of the AC in their eyes was considered crap, so the problem had to be that instead of an installation issue.
