Promptly returned my call. Was professional and courteous. Stopped by same day to look at the issue. Provided a competitive estimate when he said he would. When awarded the job, they showed up when they said they would, all were courteous, clean, and did professional quality work. Highly recommend. D'Amato has taken care of our heating/cooling and plumbing issues for almost 20 years and has always provided excellent care and timely responsiveness.
So we had no hot water, hot water heater not working. Called these guys on a recommendation from a friend. They showed up when they said they were going to, troubleshot and suggested we try replacing the pilot assembly instead of the entire hot water heater. I was a little surprised because it is 19 years old, but was pleased with and appreciated the desire to save us money. My elderly sister left her home + moved to another state. While selling the house for her I found a water heater leak. D'Amato plumbing came right out and took care of the problem for me. They also came to my house + cleaned my tankless water heater. I will be using this company for the routine maintenance of my heater / air conditioner units.
