I was a prior landlord for Damascus Homes, they promised payments and never made them. Total Scam I wouldn't trust ever again. I have lawyers and debt collectors going after them for payments owed.
Where do I start? Please look elsewhere for housing. I an currently looking for a place to live because Bianco Gardner has never paid rent on the house he leased. I and my roommates paid our rent ( I have proof) every month on time. He chose to use the money elsewhere like paying for his cars and a new apartment and a wedding. He has people working at his thrift store without days off and they do not get paid at all. They get a roof over their heads and that's it. Places are filthy and over crowded. Over priced and not what they present themselves to be. Community center run by in house minister does good work helping people understand Christ, but as for their housing program wouldn’t recommend it.
They just use you to get money out of you or work to death in the Program. Don't go to this place.
