Told a flat charge of $125 to come out, then charged $165. The young man that came out was great, but told us at the end he had to charge us more cuz he stayed longer than an hour, but advised us to call and contest it and the additional charge would be removed from the bill. Now, we didn't tell him to stay, we were only asking questions since they just moved into this home and nothing was left concerning the water system. Had to have a new hotwater tank installed and our tech was absolutely wonderful. Quality work and very professional. Will recommend to everyone!
