I recently had major surgery and contacted Damascus Hardware/Water Conditioning to tighten up a toilet tank that was difficult to tighten up after replacing a tank kit, and deliver and fill the salt for my water softener. They sent one of their plumbers out earlier than anticipated, then did not charge me for the call.
