If I could give less than 1 star I would! We bought a brand new home built by Damas Construction Co 3 months ago and we are in awe of how rigged everything is!! As part of the contract, Rafael Damas included a 1 year warranty for the home. HA!! While things have been falling apart and coming to surface, he has completely ignored ALL of our requests for repairs, including a bathroom sink installed incorrectly with the wrong parts and was leaking terribly from the connection of the faucet and the counter!
