She is a very caring doctor and listens to you ask questions and really cares about you and you talk together about your plan of attack for your illiness
My first visit with Dr. Vega was a wonderful experience. From the moment we entered her office waiting room, it gave me a hopeful feeling. I didn't have to wait long for her to see me, which you know can be a long waitfest. She was so informative and spoke to me so I could understand what she was saying without her using "big words". How disappointing it is to go to a doctor for over five years, and request for a prescription for a muscle relaxer and her response was "I'm not a general doctor you can go to an emergency room" How can you give such a cold response? when she's already prescribed one before, Where is the empathy for your patients!!

Giving two stars only because Dr. Vega is excellent—this isn’t a reflection of her care. The issue lies with the medical assistants, who confirmed my appointment twice, then canceled it the same day due to their lack of preparation, pushing me to the end of July when I urgently need my medication. Additionally, PA Laura was unhelpful and dismissive, especially toward patients referred by Dr. Vega. Due to the disorganization and poor support from staff and PA Laura, I won’t be returning.
