Giving two stars only because Dr. Vega is excellent—this isn’t a reflection of her care. The issue lies with the medical assistants, who confirmed my appointment twice, then canceled it the same day due to their lack of preparation, pushing me to the end of July when I urgently need my medication. Additionally, PA Laura was unhelpful and dismissive, especially toward patients referred by Dr. Vega. Due to the disorganization and poor support from staff and PA Laura, I won’t be returning. Dr. Damaris Vega does not care about her patients. I am already an established patient with two other urologists who have confirmed I indeed have low T. Dr. Vega wants me to stop taking my hormone replacement therapy to verify I have low T. And screw up my hormone levels to do so. This is where they send veterans. This is unacceptable.
As new patient I tried to schedule appointment with Dr Vega, she is not receiving new patients…
Horrible staff and very rude when trying to set an appointment. Will not call you back after days when you have a referral
