I visited this spa for the first time today; as an avid spa-goer, I was eager to try their new Japanese Head Spa. I am very disappointed. I felt like I was a test-client in a beginner basement cosmetology class 🤨 The treatment room is literally a coat closet across the lobby - it was freezing cold, blasted with AC and no ambience whatsoever - no spa music, no spa scent... just the loud roar of the hotel AC and people walking by right outside the door.
