I had Marc S. here this morning and he got my system up and running in record time. Fixed a few bugs along the way. Super pleasant to talk to as well and he was great with my rowdy dog too.

On time, clean neat job. Informed me that our FIBE system doesn’t report to the central system. He recommended a fix which I ordered. Very friendly conversation; his explanations were clear, and set to a level for my engineering background.
