Beware of fraudulent contractors and theft of insurance funds. This company is not licensed in any local municipality. Randall Blake Copeland, Bill Hitchens and Allen Darryl Daugherty have currently ( between 11/2022 and 03/2023) defrauded and committed grand theft of insurance claim funds greater than 60K from multiple homeowners in the greater Denver metro area. Fire in 2021. Blake and his crew have been working on our re-build for 2 years now with receiving $300,000.00 from the bank and $13,000 of our own personal upgrade monies. To DATE: 3/14/22 the house is not finished, it is only 65% complete and now the contractor assistant tells us Blake is in jail and he and his crew have to work "other jobs" to finish the re-build on our house. They won't even give us the $13,000.00 of our own monies that we gave them for upgrades, back, until they can "afford it" This is illegal and falls ... read more
Beware of them because you will get defrauded. I had a hailstorm check issued by the insurance and they took the money without fixing anything. They’ve been dragging the issue for few months now. They are claiming they have financial issues. The company owner run away and the subcontractors are he spent all the money.
I’m surprised to see the glowing review from the subcontractor that provided dumpsters . We have had the exact opposite experience - restoration inc did not pay the bill for the dumpster at out property for 6 months and we had a lien put on our home and had to pay the bill ourselves even though damage restorations received all the money to pay the bill .
Home inspection prior to purchase: Blake did an inspection for us of a house we were considering buying in Castle Rock. He was always on time and very responsive for the many calls and questions I had for him. At one point , he came back to make sure repairs had been done appropriately at no cost to us. He did an incredibly thorough job, which will undoubtedly save us a lot of money in the future, not to mention finding a significant leak he found in the crawl space under the master bathroom, which could have been disastrous... read more
