BE AWARE! This is from a real experience. I had an extremely frustrating encounter with Damage Recovery regarding a vacant rental property. I only needed a $149 bathroom vanity replaced due to water damage inside the cabinet from a minor plumbing leak. Despite the fact that I never hired or authorized them for mold remediation services, they went ahead with the work through my former property manager (First-In Property Management, whom I’ve since fired).
