⭐ 1 Star – They don’t even deserve one star. Absolutely terrible experience with Damage Control. RAC referred my car here. I paid a double excess after being told all the damage on both sides, including the bumpers and wheels, would be repaired. The job was supposed to take two weeks but took three. When I collected the car, the paintwork was unacceptable. There were bubbles, dust nibs, poorly finished areas, and even scratches that hadn’t been properly repaired. Do NOT recommend going here at all! My car was assigned here by RAC to be fixed after getting reversed into. They did great for my panel and paint BUT I knew that my suspension was going to need replacing but I was told a rear wheel alignment should fix it and if it didn’t to let them know and they’d look at the suspension (alignment was also needed) but when I got my car back and it still had the issues I took it back and asked them to look at the suspension because again, I knew that was the problem.
