I was completely shocked by what happened today. After waiting for over an hour for my windscreen to be replaced and after the job was finished, I was about to get into my car. However, the manager refused to give me my car key. He was rude and insisted that he would only return my keys if I deleted the Google review I had written earlier that day. Highly not recommended. If you want to waste your time and money, this is the place. You’ll end up going back multiple times to redo the same job, and in the end nothing gets fixed — the only service you consistently get is “SORRY.” My car damage repair was assigned to Damage Control by my insurance company (RAC). After four return visits, I still have issues with my car and now have to take it somewhere else.

Had my car serviced, and it went in without any leaks and it came back with more problems than it went in with, to the point where the car was shaking so hard it was stopping the motor and smoke was coming out of the bonnet. We had to buy a new car and get rid of the old one.
