I’ve have had this place saved for months. I decided to make the hour trip to kayak and/or possibly bike. I called twice prior to making the journey, once about their hours of operation to ensure they were in fact open (she said she guaranteed 8-4 this day the 4th) & a second time about a question concerning the test/checklist required to rent (if it was online only or there was a physical copy I could fill out there).
