Great experience at DAM. Professional, quick, and knowledgeable. No fuss and no frills. Would highly recommend!
Very unprofessional. Folders everywhere throughout the office with people's first and last names on them. Other employees repeatedly entering the other employees cubicles when in the middle of doing a tax return discussing other clients business and saying their names out loud. Employees are very distracted, no organization and a few other things that are extremely disappointing. Oh and never mind the errors!
Not taking new clients???
Emailed them about getting taxes done on April 8th got an email back from them on the 9th they asked if I did taxes with them last year I said no but I did my taxes with them in 2021 and 2022 and got no response i messaged them back on the 14th asking if they need anything else and got send with an email saying they aren't taking new clients but if I did taxes with them before then how am I a new clients I also thought it was pretty unprofessional to just ghost me untill I reached back out it would have been nice to get an e... read more
