I wish I could give this guy 0 stars. I am selling my home and Alan completed the final inspection for our buyers. The inspection was scheduled last minute so I was out of town when it happened. This guy and the buyers were the only people in the house while I was gone, and I came home to a mess. He had been checking electrical breakers and neglected to turn the breaker back on for our refrigerator and range. This D.A.M. guys do their job extremely well. They walk me throughout the house and explain in detail all the information that I needed to know. they were really friendly. If you ever need a home inspection this are the guys to call.

Alan is hands down the most thorough and honest home inspector I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond for my wife and I when we went through the home buying process. I would not hesitate to recommend DAM home inspections to my family and friends or anyone else.

Alan was the best DAM inspector I’ve ever seen in my life! But seriously, he is so thorough, and takes the extra time it takes to do an inspection properly. The inspection report he gives you has pictures of everything, explanations, recommendations, the WORKS!! I would never hire anyone else, and I would highly recommend him. When you’re considering a huge investment of a home, and you want as few problems as possible, it’s WELL worth the money to get it done right. Thanks so much!!
