Superb service. Booked PCR midnight Friday. Had it 10.10 Saturday. Took less than 5 minutes. Result sent to me 10pm that evening. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended. If only NHS GP surgeries could operate with that level of efficiency!
Great friendly service by all staff at Luton for the 24hr PCR test appointment got results back quickly all updated on health passport!
Great experience after struggling to get my test done with another company. DAM was recommended to me by a friend and it was the best thing they did. I was in and out before my appointment was supposed to start. All the staff are very friendly and chatty. The customer service is excellent in store and on the phone. Only problem is there's no parking. You can park on the road outside (if you can find a space it gets very busy) or you have to park in the multistory about a 5-10 minute walk away.
BEWARE please read the cancellation policy and all the small print before you book. My experience was early bad I booked 2 antigen test for myself and my partner due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the appointment which literally 1 hour after I booked it. I emailed the relevant team to get an update on my refund which they said it was going to take 7-10 working days which was fine but the 7-10 past and had no refund so I emailed again to get an update bare in mind I paid for 2 antigen test which was £44.98 total.... read more
