Just pulled up to this location for a first time wax with this business. Only to find out that it is closed and no one is answering text or phone calls. Highly unprofessional. Will not visit again or recommend !

Had an appointment for 12:30pm today. Arrived at 12:22pm and she wasn’t there. Was told by a woman in another office she’d probably be in soon. Ok. No problem. I waited in the reception area. At 12:45 she still hasn’t shown so I called the number on the website. Message told me the work phone was broken and to contact another number. I called and texted with no response. I’ve gone to her before and never would’ve expected this but she completely ghosted me and didn’t show up to our scheduled wax appointment. I texted and called her multiple times. She had poor communication with me and I’ve asked for my refund but nothing! The client after me was also waiting and couldn’t reach her either! I don’t understand how someone can run a business like this. I received no service and I would like my refund now. She has done this before to her other clients. She’s a SCAMMER!

Update: months later Dee is still my go too. She's great at what she does and an awesome person to talk to. STILL highly recommend. She knows what she's doing This was my first time getting a Brazilian and I was absolutely nervous. Danielle was super comforting and easy to talk to through the process and did a pretty damn good job on the brows sideburns and bikini. I definitely recommend her for any waxing needs as she is precise, and super fun to talk to.
