Scheduled, got confirmation emails before and same day. No one here by that name anymore
Just pulled up to this location for a first time wax with this business. Only to find out that it is closed and no one is answering text or phone calls. Highly unprofessional. Will not visit again or recommend !
Had an appointment for 12:30pm today. Arrived at 12:22pm and she wasn’t there. Was told by a woman in another office she’d probably be in soon. Ok. No problem. I waited in the reception area. At 12:45 she still hasn’t shown so I called the number on the website. Message told me the work phone was broken and to contact another number. I called and texted with no response. I’ve gone to her before and never would’ve expected this but she completely ghosted me and didn’t show up to our scheduled wax appointment. I texted and called her multiple times. She had poor communication with me and I’ve asked for my refund but nothing! The client after me was also waiting and couldn’t reach her either! I don’t understand how someone can run a business like this. I received no service and I would like my refund now. She has done this before to her other clients. She’s a SCAMMER!
