I've been going to Dalzells Audiology for over 30 years and have had nothing but a great experience. First with Sheila Dalzell and now with Dr. MacDonald, I have received nothing but first rate service. Dr. MacDonald always goes out of his way to assist in fitting you with hearing aids. His patience and listening ability to really try to understand how to make you hear your best is top notch and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for hearing aid services.
Dr Matt has helped both my father and myself with hearing issues for several years. He is attuned to the latest research and is open to new ideas. To be honest, I only became a Dalzells Audiology customer because Dr. MacDonald has been my audiologist since he was with the U of R and just starting his career. I was pleased to learn that Dr. MacDonald took over the business at Dalzells. I have had hearing loss since childhood and did not begin to wear hearing aids until I was in my 40's. We went to see Dr. MacDonald for hearing tests. He was very professional, courteous and explained all the procedures and test results completely. Also, all of our questions were answered and many options were discussed. The offices were clean and we were treated very well by all of the staff. We would highly recommend his services.
