Very good service and all the staff friendly, sure I be back .
Due to being a walking distance for me, I have used this service for 8 years now. And I have trusted the staff and appreciated their work. However as of recent I got a new (used) vehicle and they gave me a quote that is 8x what another shop gave me. $2,200 vs $270 for the same work. Mind boggling.
I got four brake pads replaced here a few months ago, and had a grinding noise from the brake area after doing it. So, I went to the shop again to have them fix it, but they told me it came from bad calipers and would cost about $700 to replace them. When I went to the shop to replace the brake pads and rotors earlier, they told me they use Honda's genuine parts. These folks are reliable, friendly and explain everything. I've had the exact same work priced nearly double at other shops around Newton. They are also great communicators regarding the length of time a repair will take as well as estimated cost.
They charged $400 for ac refill. Others only need around $150!
