Under this realtor's guidance, a serious issue occurred: the realtor strongly recommended an organizer (whose company was in default) who overpromised and failed to deliver under Ms. Keith's supervision, and took possession of more than $23K worth of property, which has not been returned. Avoid this realtor at all costs!
