This place does not deserve not even one start this was my second year doing taxes with this place, the first year, she made a mistake putting my bank account information wrong and that back up my taxes, didn’t call me to tell me the number was wrong until I called them because it had been 2 weeks and I haven’t received my taxes, and that’s when she told me the number from the bank was wrong This year filed the taxes in the beginning of February, she did another mistake, put my IRS pin wrong and the same never received a cal... read more
I’ve been calling for months , bc I still haven’t gotten my taxes back and I even went there and no one answered the door . I’ve been since before Apirl that I filled and I have trying to call them and every time they tell me they will call me back I haven’t gotten a call back!

Bill is a very knowledgeable tax accountant that helped me through this years tax process. He even helped with past years taxes in amending them !! I highly recommend him for your tax returns!!
Bill is very kind and knowledgeable. He worked me in on short notice when I had difficulty doing my taxes online. He explained everything to me clearly and even gave me tips on tax brackets for the next tax season. He also did not overcharge me. I highly recommend him! 12/10
