Hiring the right landscape architect can turn the ordinary into the extraordinary. We've had a relationship with Daly-Sublette for the past 16 years. We already had plans for a pool drawn up by our swimming pool contractor when we saw one designed by Brian Sublette. It was awesome!!!! We hired Brian to redesign the plans for our pool. Brian Sublette drew plans for a built-in swimming pool and garden, to compliment our narrow Lakeview split level home's backyard years ago. I wanted it to look as if we had a garden, then dropped a swimming pool and spa with a waterfall right it it. Brian even advised us about the colors for the pool and decking. The results were perfectly gorgeous!

We hired Daly Sublette to develop plans for a total backyard renovation, including a raised porch with parking underneath, and worked directly with Brian Sublette the owner. Here are the problems we encountered. We paid $3,420 for a plan that was unbuildable. The measurements were grossly off, and we could not get the plan corrected despite verbal and written comments that it was trapezoidal, not rectangular as shown. All I can say is that I'm in the same business and I respect them and I think their work is very good very high quality. But I think we're probably better.
