I was recommended by a friend that Daly Merritt had saved him money over his previous insurance and that he was happy with service. I called and received a that was less than I was paying with a company I had been with for 25 years. The process was very thorough and easy to navigate. There were a couple of minor issues but the team at DM were quick to resolve to my satisfaction. Everyone I dealt with at DM were very helpful and friendly.

"Absolutely delighted. After seeing people in a FB group recommend your office for much lower auto insurance rates, I switched from Lib. Mutual (even with a 15% alumni discount) and all good driving records ...and my family is shocked at the price difference - over 1/3 LESS for 4 people and 3 cars. The ladies who helped with initial paperwork over the phone are efficient, quick, intelligent. Summary - I'm not complaining about MI car insurance rates anymore!!
