I cannot overstate how impressed I am with Brae and Daly Home Comfort. Our furnace malfunctioned in the wee hours of the morning. I texted Daly Home Comfort at 7:00 am. Brae called me back before 7:30 and was at my door an hour after that. He diagnosed the problem in seconds but needed a specific part that he didn't have on hand to do the job. Outstanding service from start to finish. I called for a furnace issue at 9 PM, and the technician arrived within 20 minutes, which was incredibly impressive—especially in freezing weather (-24°C outside). After inspecting my system, they honestly explained that my furnace was 22 years old and walked me through the recommendation for a replacement, explaining everything clearly and patiently with no pressure.
