TLDR: Our hand knotted wool rug was not handled properly. It was returned to us looking fuzzy with pulls all over the surface. Never again. Review: I recently sent a hand-knotted 100% wool rug to this cleaner, trusting their expertise with delicate rugs. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and concerning. After receiving the rug back, I noticed it looked matted and fuzzy, which I initially thought was normal after cleaning. Lousy job, unimpressed. When they brought the rug back I told the tech there were still issues and it did not look very good, but he said that was all they could do. We got out our home carpet cleaner, did it ourselves, and NOW it looks great. Also, DO NOT give them your email address. You can't unsubscribe, you'll get their propaganda forever! Dalworth answered my post that they would have picked up my rug and re-cleaned. Baloney. The tech delivering the rug made it perfectly clear that this was all they could do. It is tel... read more
