We have used Dalworth for years to clean our couches. We have Microfiber couches, and Dalworth generally makes them look brand new. We call for their service every 6 months, and it generally runs about $300 each visit. They clean our two couches and a recliner. I work from home, and my wife took off the week and asked me to clear my schedule from 2-4 so that they could come and clean the couches during the day for a discount. We hired Richard Hearn (a Dalworth franchise owner) to restore the travertine floors in our new home because he claimed to know all about travertine restoration and assured us our floors would look brand new but all he did was strip the old sealer and polish off using acid which etched the floor with swirl marks from the machine and left it looking dirty, splotchy and dull (zero shine). I can not speak high enough of their service. No high pressure add ons, great work, fast. I planned to only do my bedroom but he did my living room and my study for me. Only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't informed it would be an extra charge since I live in an apartment with no water access but it was minimal. I'd totally hire again!
I called for a quote on wood floor polish. I was quoted $500 for apx 700sqft. The day came for work to be done, the tech shows up and he starts to tell me how I have too many chemicals on my floor and it will be an all day process to fix. He requotes me $3,000. No thank you. I called 3 random wood professionals from Facebook. They all quoted me about the same $500-$700 I went with the fastest person who could come do the job. I cannot say enough good things about Buddy! He was honest, professional, alerted me to potential problems before he continued work (the people who lived in our home before us had painted the grout and there was potential for the paint to come up, but it didn't.) He alone moved all my furniture to clean three carpeted rooms and three tiled rooms in under four hours!! His workmanship is top notch!! Thank you, Buddy, for cleaning our home and making it look better than the day we moved in!!
