Really bad service. We waited for them to open late and were hurried through even though it wasn’t busy. My friends shellac didn’t dry properly and my nails chipped quickly in weird places. They didn’t do my cuticles on my hands and told me to rub my own cream into my hands instead of giving me a massage.
Worst SNS I’ve ever got
I had to ask for base coat on my manicure and the nail tech filed so carelessly it ripped my nail and made my finger bleed. Very poor results and customer service.
Worst pedicure and manicure ever. The lady serving me made my toe bleed after going too hard with the cuticle clippers. I could forgive that as accidents happen but then they went on to do such a poor job. I had to ask them to fix things, they didn't even sort out cuticles/ hangnails on my fingernails. The manicure using SNS lasted less than a week and then started to chip off. And they charged me $95 for a terrible job. I know there are bigger problems in the world than a bad manipedi...but my advice is to avoid this place!
