Dalton's did my Spring maintenance checkup. Ryan and Levi were very thorough and answered my questions. They were on time, as usual. Really appreciate how they communicate, letting me know exactly the day and time they will arrive, who will be doing my service and when they are on their way to my home. I would recommend Dalton's to anyone for their heating and cooling needs.
Had a great experience with the company. In a high priority situation needing to have my furnace checked out, i called first thing in the am and they got me on the books within a couple hours. The technician was polite and professional and educated me on the issue and checked the furnace out and put my mind at ease that the problem was solved. I was very happy with the service and will use them again in the future should the need arise.
I cannot say anything bad about the professionalism and work quality/ethic of all the guys at Dalton's Heating and Cooling. If you need any HVAC work, they are your people. We had 2 systems, humidifier, and hot water heater replaced and they were in and out quick and we are extremely happy.
