Excellent knowledge and customer service
I live in a very small community that is remote. Electric power is erratic, at best. Outages are common. Worse, surges are also common. So, stuff breaks. Lately, when I call for help, someone usually says, before they do anything, "Five hundred bucks". When the well stopped providing water, on a weekend, I was told I would be charged double.
