Efficient, called ahead, put up with my dog and offered to change my filter. Personable
Chris, our technician, has been to the house before and knows it. A/C went down Thursday and figured it out Friday. Went the weekend with uncomfortable sleep. Called this a.m. when they opened. Business was kind enough to add us as Chris’ second call, and he arrived early, diagnosed the problem quickly, and remedied it with kindness and expertise.
