Use caution! The audio went out on our 5 year old LG tv so I called customer support. They were unable to help so they put me in touch with a local repair shop- Dalton's. I called and he asked me to send him some info about my tv. He called me back quickly and said he should likely be able to fix my problem for $105-$155 but would know for sure once he took a look in person. He came out to my house a few days later. the guy seemed nice, but a week after i had dropped my computer off, they called and said they couldn't find the issue(obviously hardware) and they charged me $100 for the assessment. i took it to the best buy in Christiansburg and they immediately identified an issue with the power supply, they fixed it in less that a week and for $30 I'm sure Dalton is good for some things, but $100 for a shoddy job us a tad unacceptable, especially if the fix for the problem is only $30
