The space is small but perfect for someone who doesn’t want or need a lot. Power, water, gym, and meeting space are included in the rent. There is complementary internet but it’s spotty at times and you’re welcome to get your own if it doesn’t meet your needs. It’s free so I can’t complain. The location is walking distance to downtown and the Walmart Neighborhood Market. I’ve been here for nearly two years and have had a quiet comfortable living experience.
Moved in at the first of April and couldn’t be happier. The rooms are nice, it’s peaceful and really enjoy the onsite fitness center.
Nice and quiet. Other people are great.. The amenities are wonderful also..
