Bill and Mike have always been there taking care of all our requests in repairing and maintaining my Mother-in-laws Cub Cadet lawnmowers for the last 27 years. Always informative when we are in need of upgrading to the next generation of Cub Cadet mowers, these guys know their stuff. The only thing that's frustrating, is making sure you get there early enough when the ordered shipments come in, because their stock goes quick!
Excellent customer service and very thorough with details on the invoice. Just the way I like it!!
Very poor customer service. I dropped a Dewalt chainsaw off for warranty work. Two weeks later I call and asked what the status was. He told me that he doesn't have time to do warranty work on a Dewalt Chainsaw because they don't pay enough for it. I asked why he didn't just tell me that on the phone before I drove an hour to drop it off and he hung up on me.
